Recent modifications to a home design and formerly owned by Warren D. Segraves, a
Fayetteville, Arkansas architect and graduate of the University of Arkansas.

The home overlooks downtown Fayetteville and the University, and has a panoramic view
of NW Arkansas stretching into Oklahoma.
Grapevine covered gate Gates are intwined with forged vines, leaves
and grape clusters.

Forged branches and Ginkgo leaves were used to replace
the original wood and rope railing.
